Lifelines

Over the past few years, I've been writing songs and creating music videos about the subjects that move me most deeply — the earth's grace, science, good people, and justice.

I've now begun writing essays to accompany these songs, which I'm calling Lifelines. New collections of songs and stories will be posted here as they're completed.

My first Lifeline is out. My song, "Photosynthesis: a Love Story",  now has some essays to go with it

exploring how photosynthesis sustains life within the great carbon cycles of the Earth,

and how fossil fuels are shifting our world out of balance and driving climate change.
